IDE, as the PROTEAS Project Coordinator, hosted the PROTEAS Test Readiness Review (TRR) and the 6th Plenary Meeting, held on 26–28 May 2026 in Athens, Greece, bringing together consortium partners and representatives of the supporting Ministries of Defence (MoDs), to assess the project’s progress and prepare for its final phase.
The Test Readiness Review Meeting, held on 27 May 2026, was attended by consortium members and MoDs representatives, including the Hellenic and Belgian MoDs, as well as the Hellenic Center for Defence Innovation (HCDI). During the session, partners presented the main contents of the technical deliverables related to the Test Readiness Review, gathered valuable feedback from the supporting MoDs, agreed on the launch of the Testing Phase and the attainment of the TRR milestone (pending official approval from the Project Officer of the European Commission).
The 6th Plenary Meeting, held on 26 and 28 May 2026, also led by IDE, attended exclusively by consortium participants, focused on project management aspects and the overall progress of the project. The partners discussed key issues and provided updates on the Prototyping Phase of the project, conducted an Executive Board meeting, and reported to the General Assembly on the status of the project. The meeting also marked the start of planning for the project’s final phase, focusing on Integration and Testing activities.
With the project entering its final six-month period, the above meetings contributed significantly to the planning and coordination of the remaining activities.
