INTRACOM DEFENSE (IDE) organized its first Team Building Event, bringing employees together for a unique experience that reflected the company’s core values of innovation, collaboration, trust, continuous growth and a people-first approach.
Inspired by the concept of “One Team. One Race.”, participants worked in teams to design and build their own carts before putting them to the test on the track. From the initial concept to the finish line, the activity encouraged experimentation, problem-solving and the exchange of ideas, demonstrating how diverse skills and perspectives, combined with mutual trust and adaptability, can turn a shared challenge into an opportunity for a collective achievement and growth.
The event reaffirmed that IDE’s greatest strength lies in its people and their ability to move forward together, turning every challenge into an opportunity to achieve more.
