Code of Business Conduct – Ethics and Compliance
Since its foundation, INTRACOM DEFENSE (IDE) business practices have been governed by integrity, honesty, fair dealing and full compliance with all applicable laws. INTRACOM DEFENSE has committed to these values and Corporate Business Principles worldwide.
INTRACOM DEFENSE Code of Business Conduct – Ethics (the Code) specifies and helps the continued implementation of the Corporate Business Principles by establishing certain non-negotiable minimum standards of behavior in key areas. The Code sets forth the standards for the way INTRACOM DEFENSE conducts business ethically around the world. These ethical business standards include dealing with Company’s employees, customers, contractors, partners and shareholders, communities and governments. The Code applies to all employees, directors, officers, and contractors of INTRACOM DEFENSE and should also be provided to and followed by the Company’s agents and representatives.
IDE is opposed to human trafficking and forced labor in any form. Combating Trafficking in Persons Compliance Plan sets forth IDE’s overall general Combating Trafficking in Persons Compliance Plan as required by the respective applicable legislation.
IDE has issued the new policy “ANTI VIOLENCE – ANTI HARASSMENT POLICY in WORKING ENVIRONMENT”. This policy establishes a prevention framework, as well as procedures for dealing with and combating violence and harassment in the work environment. Executive Summary
