Through IDE’s Careers website, you are asked voluntarily to provide us with your C.V. which may include for example but not limited to, your address, telephone number, email, job experience, education history, criminal history (where permitted by law) and any other information you voluntarily provide through, for example, cover letters and resumes. IDE does not request or consider information concerning religion, sex life or political opinions in connection with recruiting.
We are committed to handle properly all data in regard with your application for employment with us, and to process it legitimately as part of our recruitment procedure.
Your Applicant Information is transferred to our talent pool through our third party Application Tracking System provider, compliant with GDPR terms and policies as well, that ensures confidentiality and encryption.
Your Applicant Information is accessible to authorized personnel (HR and recruiting managers within IDE). Your Applicant Information will not be disclosed to non-IDE entities, unless IDE is required to do so by law or in the context of a Merger or Acquisition or similar transaction.
