In the frame of briefing in primary and significant industrial activities and infrastructures οf the country in the field of defense and security, the student-officers of the Hellenic Air Force Command and Staff College (AFCSC) visited IDE’s (INTRACOM Defense Electronics) facilities, accompanied by staff officers. The AFCSC provides general and specific, theoretical and practical training to student-officers with the aim of developing and improving their professional competence to become capable executives for the mission achieving of the Hellenic Air Force.
Senior IDE executives welcomed student-officers and informed them about IDE’s products, ongoing collaborations with the leading international defense and security industries, and multinational programs for the development and production of communications and electronic systems that the company is involved with. They also informed them about the opportunities presented for IDE’s participation in Hellenic Air Force weapon systems procurement and modernization programs, as well as about the systems maintenance and support capabilities through industrial participation in procurement programs.
