Senior Executives of INTRACOM DEFENSE (IDE) had the honor and the pleasure to welcome H.E., the Ambassador of Lithuania in Greece, Mrs. Lina Skerstonaitė at the company’s premises in Koropi. The Ambassador of Lithuania had the opportunity to overview IDE’s advanced manufacturing facilities and to be briefed on the research and development capabilities, as well as the international cooperations developed by IDE with distinguished companies and organisations.
The Ambassador was also briefed on the WiSPR Communication & Information System, which has been in service in a variety of military vehicles of the Lithuanian Armed Force, and has proven its advanced and unrivalled capabilities in the field.
The cooperation developed between IDE and the Lithuanian industry is reflected in the fact that IDE has established a fully equipped and qualified support center in Lithuania, allowing full system maintenance and local subsystem production capability.
Mrs. Skerstonaitė stated that, “Lithuania has an interest to further strengthen its industrial cooperation with the fellow NATO member state Greece in the area of defense and security”.
