INTRACOM DEFENSE (IDE), as one of Greece’s major systems providers in defense, aerospace and security sector, participates in ESA and EDF space related projects and contributes with state-of-the-art technologies in Electronic systems, Secure Communications and Cybersecurity frameworks applicable in the demanding field of the critical satellite systems. It’s worth mentioning that IDE operates sophisticated R&D Laboratories within its facilities, while it has extensive MAIT capacities, aiming to facilitate the rapid design and development of technologically advanced, high-quality products and systems.
The Company has a great interest in active participation in the field of space technology, where it has recently decided to invest in, as there are excellent prospects for the coming years, especially in the field of security which is one of its major activity areas.
In this frame, INTRACOM DEFENSE had the pleasure to participate as Premium Corporate Participant in Greek Space Tech Forum 2024, by ethosEVENTS, co-organized by the Hellenic Association of Space Industry (ΕΒΙΔΙΤΕ) and the Hellenic Space Technologies & Applications Cluster (si-Cluster), which took place on March 21st, 2024, in Athens.
The aim of the forum was to showcase aspects of the emerging New Space market, in which a dynamic Greek space ecosystem operates and steadily consolidates its position.
